Thelma Jones - I Don’t Want To Give Up My Man.

Released on the Barry Record label in 1967.  Old Town Records/Barry Records was originally a Doo Wop label in the 50s out of NYC but was revived later in the 60s as an Uptown soul label.  They also cut some really good Southern soul, as well.  Thelma is best known for the original version of “The House that Jack Built” which was later covered by Aretha.
